What you should know
Impeccable service and beautifully decorated rooms made my stay truly memorable. The breakfast on the terrace offered stunning views and was a highlight of my mornings. I felt genuinely pampered every moment.
The key system was outdated and cumbersome, leading to unnecessary frustrations. Additionally, I encountered some unresponsiveness during a couple of service requests, which diminished the overall experience.

Couple seeking a cozy, memorable stay
The roof bar was incredible, giving us stunning views while we sipped on cocktails after a long day exploring. And the breakfast menu? Unbelievable! Not a simple buffet, but a full menu that felt like fine dining!
It wasn't cheap, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

Stunning, Stunning, Stunning
I was totally blown away by the breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace, overlooking the city and the Tagus River. Breakfast was an absolute treat with an a la carte menu featuring freshly squeezed orange juice and unique pastries from the hotel’s own bakery. The personalized service, where staff seemed to know my name and preferences, made every moment feel special!

great stay but minor issues
The beautiful twin room with a balcony offered perfect soundproofing. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I needed assistance during my illness. I also enjoyed the stunning city view while sipping coffee in the mezzanine area.
The outdated key system was a bit inconvenient to navigate.

Exceptional breakfast quality.
I was extremely frustrated with the inexperienced staff during breakfast. They consistently prioritized serving one person at the end of the table, which seemed careless and disrespectful to the others seated. Additionally, the key system was outdated and cumbersome. I couldn't even open my room door without hassle, making my stay increasingly miserable.

Absolutely loved the location. we strolled everywhere! Enjoyed a stunning rooftop with amazing views. Our room was pretty and peaceful—perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
The automated lights had a mind of their own—really testing my patience! And don't even get me started on the mystery switches. I think I need a manual!

Had an amazing time with friends! The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. We explored the lively Mercado da Ribeira and strolled along the historic streets, soaking up the vibrant atmosphere. One tip for future guests, the restaurant staff is super friendly and attentive, making every meal enjoyable.
One downside was dealing with the outdated key system. It felt cumbersome and frustrating to figure out how to use it, which put a damper on convenience.

missingWrote a review on 21 Maygreat breakfastfriendly staffoutdated key systemsmall bathroomslow rooftop bar service
The stay was highlighted by the amazing breakfast options, including gluten-free products and a variety of fresh ingredients. The charming staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcomed from check-in, especially with the lovely touch of sparkling wine. While our room was comfortable, the lack of counter space in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the outdated key system was a bit cumbersome compared to the overall experience, and service at the rooftop bar was slow at times, detracting slightly from the evening.
